Mr. Yaw Kwakwa, the Managing Director of the Ghana Airport Company Limited (GACL) has indicated that, he has not been served with any letter indicating termination of his appointment.

Mr. Yaw Kwakwa was answering a session of the media on whether or not he has been notified of the termination of his appointment.
According to a letter, signed by Kwaku Ofori Asiamah the Minister for Transport dated February 4, 2022, the appointment of Mr. Yaw Kwakwa as the Managing Director of the Ghana Airport Company Limited has been terminated.

Mr Yaw Kwakwa further indicated that, whether or not, the termination of his appointment would come as a surprise, will depend on when and how he would be served with the supposed termination letter.
