2023/2024 University of Education, Winneba (UEW) Admissions

Management of the University of Education Winneba, (UEW) invites applications from qualified applicants for admission to the University of Education, Winneba for the 2023/2024 academic year.

This year’s admission covers four different categories. Namely;

1. Undergraduate/Regular: 2023/2024 Application for admission into Fulltime/Regular Undergraduate Programme.

2. Sandwish: 2023/2024 Application for admission into Sandwich Undergraduate Programmes.

3. Distance Education: 2023/2024 Application for admission into Distance Education Undergraduate Programmes.

4. Postgraduate: 2023/2024 Application for admission into Postgraduate Regular/Fulltime, Sandwich, Weekend and Distance Programmes.

Applicants are entreated to study the admission brochure for the available programmes, entry requirements carefully before completing an application.

Certificates and results other than that of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) accredited Tertiary Institutions in Ghana should be evaluated by GTEC and the report submitted to the University.

Applicants in final year who are yet to write their final examinations may also apply and indicate “AWAITING RESULT” under the examination results section of the application form

Mature Entry applicants would have to Pass an Entrance Examination in General Aptitude Test (GAT) and Subject Area Test (SAT) to be organized by the University.
