Akrokerri College of Education is looking for suitably qualified, goal-oriented and results driven persons with exceptional qualities for an appointment to occupy the vacant positions of Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff positions in the college.

Teaching staff

Pedagogy (Measurement & Evaluation) – 2

Non-teaching staff

• Library – 1

Job description

• Teaching

• Setting and marking of assignment and examination

• Invigilation of examinations

• Supervision of student projects

• Research and publications

• Assisting in the Administration of the department

• Supervising of students’ Supported Teaching in Schools (STS), providing guidance and counselling support to student teachers.

• At the Library, you must be able to manage and maintain library collections, database, and digital resources

• Provide expert research assistance and reader advisory services etc.

Qualification & experience

• Applicants must have good character and a high degree of personal integrity and experience in teaching and learning.

• Hold a good first degree and research master’s degree in the same subject area.

•A Doctoral degree is an advantage.
