Akufo-Addo sacks Managing Director of Ghana Airports Company

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has directed for the termination of appointment of the Managing Director of the Ghana Airports Company Limited.
According to information available to us, Mr. Yaw Kwakwa, the Managing Director of the Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) has been sacked.

The termination, was made known in a letter emanating from the Ministry of Transport, signed by the Hon. Minister for Transport, Kwaku Ofori Asiamah.
The termination, was in accordance with a direction from the President as indicated in a letter dated January 31, 2022 with reference number OPS127/22/104
