The Ministry of Health has officially opened the online admissions portal for the 2023/2024 academic year. From 8th May, 2023 to Friday 30th June, 2023, qualified candidates are invited to apply for entry into any of the Public Health Training Institutions in Ghana.
To successfully apply, applicants must purchase application codes from any Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) or Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) branch at a cost of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00). Upon payment, applicants will receive a voucher giving them a unique PIN and Serial Number, which they can use to access the online application form at https://healthtraining.gov.gh.
Applicants are required to have a dedicated phone number and personal valid e-mail address for all correspondence. It is important to note that email addresses of relatives or friends should not be used. Additionally, applicants must provide their residential and Ghana Post Digital Address during the application process.
To track the status of their application process, applicants can use their PIN code and Serial Number. However, only those who meet the admission requirements will be invited to attend a competitive interview at the school of choice.
It is important to follow the instructions carefully and fill the relevant stages of the admission process once the online application is opened. Applicants who are experiencing difficulty in filling out the form can visit any of the Health Training Institutions nearby for assistance. It is also crucial to note that wrong filling of the form will affect the admission process.
All purchased vouchers are valid up to 5th July, 2023, if not used. No postage envelopes are required as all correspondence will be via SMS or e-mail.
In conclusion, this announcement is a call to all qualified applicants who are interested in pursuing a career in the health sector. Ensure to meet the requirements and carefully follow the instructions to increase your chances of being admitted to a Public Health Training Institution in Ghana
