Battor Citizens Development Association (BACIDA) supports flood victims in Battor

Battor Citizens Development Association (BACIDA), a registered association in Battor, the district capital of North Tongu District, supported flood victims by making an undisclosed cash donation to six displaced victims at Kenu-Battor and Avilordzogbe-Battor.

The presentations took place on Sunday, 24th December, 2023, and Monday, 25th December, 2023, respectively.

Led by the President, Dr. Collins Eli Asilevi, the association emphasized the necessity of aiding citizens who lost valuable properties to the flood, particularly those affected by the Akosombo Dam spillage.

Speaking to Coverghana.com.gh, the appreciative victims who received the cash donation appealed for more support.

The association’s leadership promised to extend further assistance to all individuals affected by the spillage.
