Breakdown of the 617 Manifesto Promises made by the National Democratic Congress

The National Democratic Congress, NDC under the leadership of the flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama on 8th September,2020 launched the party’s 2020 manifesto.

According to the NDC’s Manifesto which is dubbed the people’s manifesto, a count of the number of promises made by party indicates that, the party made a total of Six hundred and seventeen (617) promises.

The 617 promises covers the various Sectors of the country’s economy such as; Education, Health, Social Protection, Good Governance, Decentralisation, Economy/ Jobs, Agriculture, Trade And Industry, Infrastructure, Security, Housing.

Some other areas that the NDC’S manifesto covers are; Water and Sanitation, Lands and Natural Resources, Power and Energy, Tourism and Creative Arts, Environment Science And Technology, Youth And Sports Development, Transport/Roads Infrastructure and Foreign Affairs.
