Central Tongu: Police exhume multiple human remains in shrine
The Ghana Police Service has made a significant discovery in the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of a 24-year-old mason in Adidome, Volta Region.
According to videos in connection with the persons involved in the case, it has been disclosed that other bodies have been buried by this same group of suspects.
In the videos taken from the shrine and around, the “skaal” and limbs of a human being have been exhumed and are under investigation for accurate reporting for public consumption. The footage has shed more light on the extent of the suspects’ alleged crimes.

The suspects were subsequently led to the shrine of Noah Gblor at Gblorkope in the Central Tongu District of the Volta Region, where the skeletal remains of Nelson Anyina and several other unknown skeletons were exhumed. This development has raised more questions about the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of Nelson Anyina.
It was revealed that Tina Fiawoyife and her boyfriend, Wisdom Hedidor, were initially arrested and denied any involvement in Nelson’s disappearance. However, after a thorough investigation spanning seven months, the police gathered sufficient evidence to arrest Tina Fiawoyife, Wisdom Hedidor, and their accomplices, including John Gblor, Noah Gblor, Yohanes Gblor, and Courage Bedzo.
In the video, they were also tasked by the police team to lead them to the place where they buried the body for exhuming and further examination and investigation on the matter. This latest development has brought hope that the police will unravel the mystery surrounding Nelson’s disappearance.
