The Honourable Chief Justice of the Republic, Her Ladyship, Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo has donated 1,000 bags of cement to support the MP’s Safe Alternative Housing Project in North Tongu constituency for victims of VRA’s catastrophic spillage from the Akosombo and Kpong dams.

Her Ladyship fulfilled her pledge to donate 1,000 bags of cement and commence a borehole project as the judiciary’s support towards our MP’s Safe Alternative Housing Project for victims of VRA’s catastrophic spillage from the Akosombo and Kpong dams.

The MP and the people of North Tongu are touched that the Chief Justice and her team travelled to make the donation, inspect the housing project, and interact with the displaced persons in the various camps.

The revered chiefs, the beloved displaced constituents, and the MP, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa conveyed their deepest appreciation to Her Ladyship for the exceptional compassion, leadership and partnership in the interest of humanity.
