Ghana Cocoa Board has budgeted GH¢67,500 to replace keyboards of 15 iPads for board members at unit cost of GH¢4,500.
The Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD), in a letter signed by Mr. Enoch Tettey Martey – the Deputy Information System Manager has requested fifteen (15) pieces of keyboards for Board Members with unit cost of Four Thousand Five Hundred Cedis (GH¢4,500.00) each.
The request dates February 26, 2024, and was signed by the Deputy Information Systems Manager for Information Systems Manager, COCOBOD, Enoch Tettey Martey.

REQUEST FOR THE PURCHASE OF KEYBOARDS
We write to seek approval for the purchase of fifteen (15) pieces of keyboards for our Board Members, each costing Four Thousand Five Hundred Cedis (GH¢4,500.00).
This is to enhance productivity and guarantee that they are comfortable utilizing their iPads during meetings.
