Barely five (5) months to the presidential and parliamentary elections, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has named the former Member of Parliament for Krowor Constituency in the Greater Accra Region who was then a member of the Business Committee of Parliament Professor Joshua Alabi as the party’s campaign manager for the December 2020 general elections.
In a meeting held by the National Executive Committee of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), the party has announced the defeated Presidential aspirant who battled with former President John Dramani Mahama for the NDC’s flagbeaerership as their campaign manager for the forthcoming elections.
The party is hopeful that, with the former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) Professor Joshua Alabi, the NDC led by its flagbearer H.E John Dramani Mahama will take political power from the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) of H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in the December 7, 2020 elections.
Aside Joshua Alabi, the party also announced list of some influential individuals to frontier campaign activities of the NDC.
In a statement signed by the NDC’s Director of Communications Kakra Essamuah, a twenty-three (23) member campaign team was outdoored.
