Do not take loan from these 97 unlicensed online loan apps -BoG warns

The central bank, Bank of Ghana (BoG) has released a list of 97 unlicensed online loan apps and cautioned the general public to desist from taking loans from them.

Recently, a group of people have emerged and designed online loan apps in order to make money from vulnerable people.

Bank of Ghana (BoG) has taken a bold step to announce the happening to the general populace with the intension of desisting from taking loans from the listed online loans app.

It was detailed that the ninety seven (97) online loan apps are are not registered/unlicensed business per the records of the Bank of Ghana (BoG).
