Education Minister announces limited recruitment drive for SHS teachers

Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, Minister of Education has announced that limited Senior High School (SHS) teachers will be employed.

Dr. Adutwum in his announcement on July 30, 2024, urged all the potential SHS teachers to get ready with their application documents for employment. He also added that the recruitment exercise will kick off in the first week of August 2024.

Further, he advised that all the potential teachers awaiting the employment should tuned for more details on how to apply and the specific areas of focus for the recruitment.

“I’m pleased to announce that a limited recruitment drive for high school teachers will commence next week.”

The recruitment news for SHS teachers as announced by the Education Minister came after the Ministry of Health have been granted 15,200 Nurses and Midwives Financial Clearance for recruitment.

The said exercise for the Nurses and Midwives per the official release will commence on August 5, 2024 for only the 2020 batch.
