Election 2020: NDC Promises to facilitate the building of mortuaries in Zongos

The opposition National Democratic Congress has promised to facilitate the establishment of morgues within Zongos in the Country.
In the recently launched manifesto of the opposition National Democratic Congress, the Party made twenty two (22) promises for the Zongo dwellers across the country.
However, one of the promises made by the National Democratic Congress has sparked many controversies on social media is a promise being made by the National Democratic Congress to facilitate the establishment of mortuaries in Zongo communities.

On Page 82 of the National Democratic Congress’ manifesto, the party said;
The next NDC Government will;
q. facilitate the establishment of morgues in accordance with Islamic customs and practices and collaborate with the Ministry of Health to set up focal teams responsible for procedures that are compliant with Islamic customs and practices at all state morgues.
