The Longest serving Monarch of the British Empire, Queen Elizabeth II has passed on sadly. As the world mourns, Ghanaians have joined to share condolences and wish the United Kingdom well after her death.

In this woke, pictures of Past Presidents of Ghana who met and took pictures with Queen Elizabeth have been circulating on social media. The pictures date back to the early 50s and 60s during the reign of the first Ghanaian President, Dr Kwame Nkrumah.

In all, four Ghanaian Presidents took exclusive photos with the Queen whiles she was alive. These Presidents are;

  1. His Excellency, the Late Dr Kwame Nkrumah, who did not only take pictures but shared a dance with the Queen in 1960.

2. His Excellency John Agyekum Kuffuor

3. His Excellency, the Late Jerry John Rawlings and

4. His Excellency John Dramani Mahama.

These are the Four Past Presidents of Ghana who were greatly privileged to have meetings and exclusive photos with the Queen.
