GES announces Easter break for Senior High Schools 2023

Management of Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced Easter break for all Second Cycle Schools.

In a released official letter dated 3rd April 2023 which was signed by Dr. Kwabena Bempah Tandoh, Deputy Director-General (Q & A) for Director-General management reminds Heads of all Senior High Schools/Senior High Schools Technical Schools on Easter break.

2023 EASTER HOLIDAY BREAK DATE

Students are to break on Thursday April 6, 2023 for the Easter Holidays.

In addition, management relayed that Heads of Second Cycles Schools running the Transitional Calendar that SHS One (1) students are to continue with their vacation until their scheduled re-opening in June 2023.

GES directed all Regional Directors to ensure that Heads of Second Cycle Schools in their respective regions comply with the announced schedule to facilitate a smooth running of the academic year.
