According to Ms. Angela Frimpomaa Nkansah (DIRECTOR, HRMD) for Ag. Director-General, management is to pay transfer grants and other allowances for its qualified staff therefore she urged all Regional Directors to bring to the notice of all MMDEs through their HR and budget officers to compile and submit documents of all staff who qualify for the transfer grant and other allowances for 2023 and 2024.

Applicants who requested to be transferred to their current station and those whose distance do not meet the 50 KM mark policy, should not be uploaded.
Where to Submit
Submission of individual attachments or documents will be done at the Regional/Municipal/Metro/District offices online.

The HR and budget officers are to fill in the form for each applicant, upload documents related to the specified allowance of qualified staff and submit.
