The Member of Parliament (MP) for the North Tongu constituency, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa appreciates and congratulates the distinguished Ghanaian staff of the United Nations for their extremely kind and impressive donation of US$13,120 (that is about GHS160,000.00) to support the ongoing MP’s Safe Alternative Housing Project in Mepe for the relocation of displaced persons.

The lawmaker remarked after receiving the cash and other items “It is most inspiring to note that despite their demanding commitments across the globe, particularly at various theatres of conflict, they could make time to mobilize resources, and commission a delegation to travel all the way to my beloved constituency today to make a presentation and to assess our current recovery efforts.

“North Tongu is eternally in your debt. May God bless you all bountifully.

“Ghanaians are simply phenomenal.”

To many, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa’s influence is eye-catching because his good leadership and stand against corruption is nectar attracting all the kind gestures.

Some touching comments

“You are a true Patriot and a good leader and by the grace of God, you shall serve Ghana as president one day,” a netizen hopes.

“When they know the monies would be properly used they would genuinely give unlike our government.. who would share among themselves”

“This is simple, for individuals and organizations to choose to donate to the MP’s project for the People rather than government agencies only goes to confirm the fact that these individuals and organizations trust the office of the MP than even government agencies such as NADMO and even VRA”

“Sam Okudzeto Ablakwa is like “Utility player” effective and everywhere.
Ghana is proud of you”
