Government to launch Commission for TVET and inaugurates Ghana-China Project

Management of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) has announced the official launching of its Commission and inauguration of Ghana-China Project on Rehabilitation and Upgrade of some educational institutions.
According to the information, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) will launch the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) with the help of Ministry of Education and H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, President of Ghana.

The statement signed by the Acting Director-General Dr. Fred Kyei Asamoah said, the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) will officially launch their Commission on 12th April 2022 at the Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), Adako Jachie Campus at 9:30 am prompt.
CTVET is a body cooperate established by the Education Regulatory Bodies Act. 2020 (Act 1023), to regulate, promote and administer Technical, Vocational Education and Training for transformation and innovation for sustainable development.

The focus of the ceremony is to launch the Commission, their official logo, vision, and mission statement as well as organogram.
At the ceremony, the Government of Ghana will disclose the upgrading of 10 Technical Universities and 13 Technical Institutes by the construction of workshops, and supply installation of equipment, hence, call for inauguration.
