Jean Adukwei Mensa (full name) is a full time certified legal Ghanaian practioner as her profession after she was appointed as the Electoral Commission of Ghana’s Chairperson. She was born on November 12 in the 1970s in central region of Ghana.

Jean Mensa was called to the Bar in 1995 after she finished her Faculty of Law degree (LLB.) in 1993 from a renowned University of Ghana – Legon, Accra.
