John Kwadzo Stevens, who was responding to the leader and flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress John Dramani Mahama on his plan to review the Agyapa deal jabs the for president and said, “anything positive, NDC will criticize it…why? Even free SHS, you criticized it and promised to review it when you return to power. However, later when you were exposed of your diabolic plan to cancel it, you said you never even meant you will cancel it but review it. What is the difference between review and cancel per NDC dictionary?”
