Stephen Kofi Apemah-Baah is a form one student who makes history for Opoku Ware School in NSMQ 2023.
Stephen Kofi Apemah-Baah was admitted to the Opoku Ware School in 2023 and made history as the first form-one student to carry the School to the Grand Finale of NSMQ at age 16.
Stephen who competed in the 2023 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) received a certificate of merit and a cash prize.

He received a Certificate of Merit and a cash prize of GH¢2000 from the Managing Director of Primetime.
Stephen made history by leading his school to defeat Prempeh College and Pope John’s Secondary at the semifinals stage and then qualified to the finals of the NSMQ.
Last year he led his school, Good Shepherd R/C JHS to win the Junior High School version of the #NSMQ.

After winning the 2022 edition of the Junior Science and Maths Quiz organized by the College of Science of KNUST, Stephen Apemah-Baah ( formerly of Good Shepherd R/C JHS) becomes the first form-one student to lead Opoku Ware School to the finals of the National Science and Maths Quiz.
In 2021, in JHS 2, Stephen Kofi Apemah-Baah contested for the KNUST College of Sciences Junior Science and Maths Quiz and was eliminated in the semifinal stage. In JHS 3 he contested again and won the trophy for Good Shepherd R/C JHS.
He was honored with a Presidential award for scoring 9 ones in the 2022 BECE.
