The Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has announced the construction of an ultra-modern STEM-focused educational institution.
The project according to Dr. Yaw Adutwum is underway in East Legon. The name given to the school is Accra STEM Academy.
The school will stand as a “pioneer” of STEM-focused education in Ghana.

PROJECT COMPONENTS
The said ultra-modern project is a 4-storey Classroom block with ancillary facilities that aims to provide a comprehensive learning environment for students from kindergarten to Senior High School with a strong emphasis on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines.
Nestled in the heart of East Legon, the Accra Stem Academy’s strategic location positions it to become a beacon of educational excellence within the region.
AIMS OF THE ULTRA-MODERN STEM SCHOOL
The project boasts of a carefully designed facility that aims to foster creativity, critical thinking, and innovation among its students. With construction well underway, this educational institution is poised to become a transformative force in the realm of STEM education.
