The Ministry of Health has outlined detailed requirements and procedures/steps on how to apply for its 2021 RECRUITMENT OF HEALTH PROFESSIONALS across the Country. Coverghana.com.gh has Confirmed.
According to the Ministry, the procedures are to assist Medical Officers and Dentists who have completed their House Job and have been verified by the Medical and Dental Council under the 23rd list.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health has released LIST OF AGENCIES under the 2021 Medical Officers and Dentists Recruitment.
The Ministry of Health Recruitment Portal has been designed to enable qualified, registered health professionals who have been granted financial clearance by the Ministry of Finance to apply for positions in the agencies listed below
REQUIREMENTS ON CLEARANCE
You can check your clearance by completing the template on the online portal https://hr.moh.gov.gh.
INDEX NUMBER OPTION
To check your clearance;
1. Enter your pin/index number/license number.
2. Enter your full name
3. Kindly submit after completing the template.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON FINANCIAL CLEARANCE
This portal is only for health professionals who have been granted financial clearance by the Ministry of Finance. Please note the following:
1. Without financial clearance, you cannot be placed on the government payroll.
2. Without financial clearance, you cannot create an account.
3. We cannot help you acquire financial clearance under any circumstances.
To check whether you have financial clearance for a particular recruitment round,
1. Medical Officers will use their Medical and Dental Council (MDC) registration numbers.
2. Pharmaceutical Professionals will use their Pharmacy Council PINs Nurses and Midwives will use their index numbers
3. Allied Health Professionals will use their PINs.
If the system confirms that you have financial clearance for a particular recruitment round, you will be redirected to create an account in order to log in and complete the application.
HOW TO APPLY
STEP ONE (1) – VISIT PORTAL
Qualified applicants are requested to formally apply on the Ministry of Health online application portal by logging-in onto https://hr.moh.gov.gh and follow the instructions to select the preferred agency under the Ministry.
STEP TWO (2) – CREATE ACCOUNT
Qualified applicants are supposed to create new account on the Ministry of Health Recruitment portal.
For instance, Doctors should type their registration numbers without space. Eg. MDC/RN/10316 should be MDCRN10316.
A template will upload for you to complete with the following information
1. Pin/Index Number
2. Full Name
3. Email
4. Password
5. Confirm password
6. Click register to submit the form.
SUBMITTING APPLICATION FORM ONLINE
Kindly login with your new created account and submit your application form online for requirement.
CONFIRM REGISTERATION
You can confirm your registration by logging on into the registration portal with your index number/pin and password.
REQUEST CLEARANCE
Applicants who couldn’t find their information in the system should use the form below to request for financial clearance.
HOW TO REQUEST FOR CLEARANCE
Kindly visit the portal https://hr.moh.gov.gh and select “REQUEST CLEARANCE”
Complete the Request Form that will pop-up on your laptop or android phone.
