MTN Ghana announces its comeback after securing additional network capacity

The giant telecommunication in Ghana, MTN has announced its comeback after securing additional network capacity.

The company has officially sent messages to its customers informing them that they have secured additional network capacity from their international partners resulting in an improvement in their data experience.

The disruption caused by the challenge from the undersea cables since March 14, 2024, has impacted MTN data services negatively. Securing an additional network that capacity will be a thumbs up for both the company and its customers.

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your patience and understanding during the ongoing undersea cable disruptions. We are happy to inform you that we have secured additional network capacity from our international partners, resulting in an improvement in your data experience. We understand the impact that the network challenge has had on you and assure you that we are working hard to resolve the issue as soon as practicable.
