NDC unveils 140 majority seats won in Parliament

The National Democratic Congress has finally outlined provisional total of 140 majority seats won in the December 2020 Parliamentary elections.
The provisional results from 272 out 275 Constituencies won a total of 140 seats for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The unveiled results has matched with the number of Parliamentary seats declared by the Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mr. John Dramani Mahama in a press conference organized earlier.
The list of 140 seats from the 272 out 275 Constituencies are;
1. Upper West Region – NDC won 8 out of 11 constituencies
2. Upper East Region – NDC won 14 out of 15 constituencies
3. North East – NDC won 2 out of 6 constituencies
EC receives 14 out of 16 regional results, declares certified results of 7 regions
4. Northern Region – NDC won 9 out of 18 constituencies
5. Bono Region – NDC won 6 out of 12
6. Ahafo Region – NDC won 2 out of 6 constituencies
7. Bono East – NDC won 9 out of 11 constituencies
8. Western Region – NDC won 9 out of 17 constituencies
9. Western North – NDC won 7 out of 9 constituencies

10. Greater Accra – NDC won 20 out of 34 constituencies
11. Central region – NDC won 13 out 23 constituencies
12. Oti region – NDC won 8 out of 8 constituencies
13. Volta region – NDC won 17 out of 18 constituencies
14. Savannah region – NDC won 4 out of 7 constituencies
15. Eastern region – NDC won 8 out of 33 constituencies
16. Ashanti region – NDC won 4 out of 47 constituencies

Meanwhile, the Electoral Commission of Ghana is yet to publish Certified results for the Parliamentary elections.
