The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has declared Ken Ofori-Atta, the former Finance Minister under the Former President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s administration wanted due to alleged corruption and corruption-related activities under his watch.

Addressing at the press conference on February 12, 2025, the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng, disclosed a few minutes ago he signed a directive declaring a high-profile person a fugitive of justice.

“This person (Ken Ofori-Atta) is wanted by the OSP to answer charges in respect of several cases,” the Special Prosecutor stated boldly.

  1. Strategic Mobilization Ghana Limited & GRA Contract
  2. ECG and Beijing Technology Limited Contract Termination
  3. National Cathedral Project Procurement
  4. Procurement of Ambulances (Ambulances scandal)
