The National Democratic Congress, (NDC) Parliamentary candidate for the Anlo constituency, Mr. Richard Kwami Sefe who was the former assembly member for the Anloga-Avume electoral area in the Anloga district of the the Volta Region has joined hands with his colleague Hon. Clement Kofi Humado who is the current MP for the area to support Muslims in the constituency as they mark the end of their Ramadan fast.
The two generous individuals who joined the Muslims in the “zongo” area in Anloga on the eve of the Ramadan fast donated assorted food items to them as a sign of love and goodness just as stated by the bible that ” rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn”
Speaking to why the need for such a donation, Mr. Richard Kwami Sefe says that the constituency is a hub for love and care and the Muslim brothers and sisters are not exempted from such love and care hence the need to join them as they end their fast in which the prayed for peace for the nation at large and not themselves alone.
According to Mr. Sefe on Facebook page announcement of the event, he stated that the donation was just the little they could do but pray that they’ll have the might to do more in the future.
