The Chief Executive Officer of PIWAK Group, Dr. Prince Nelson Mortoti has reaffirmed his commitment to educational development and youth empowerment through significant financial support to Volta student Association, Ghana.

On Saturday, 20th June 2026, Dr. Mortoti donated GHS 4,000 to the Volta Region Students Association of the University of Education, Winneba (VORSAG-UEW), during its Grand Durbar held in Winneba The donation was presented on his behalf by Agboni Nicholas Kelvin, National President of GNATOC. The event was organized under the theme, “One Volta, One Vision: Advancing Education Beyond Borders.

This follows an earlier donation of GHS 10,000 made by Dr. Mortoti on 6th June 2026 to the Volta Region Students Association of the University of Cape Coast (VORSAG-UCC) during the association’s 30th Anniversary Grand Durbar held at the University of Cape Coast.

Speaking on behalf of Dr. Mortoti at the programme, Agboni Nicholas Kelvin emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship among the youth. He encouraged students to look beyond academic excellence and cultivate entrepreneurial skills that can contribute to national development.

According to him, while students are primarily in school to pursue academic knowledge, they should also seek opportunities to combine their studies with entrepreneurship, innovation, and practical skills acquisition. He noted that such a balanced approach would better prepare graduates for the realities of the job market and empower them to create opportunities for themselves and others.

He further stressed that entrepreneurship remains a critical tool for addressing youth unemployment and accelerating socio-economic development. He therefore urged students to take advantage of available opportunities to develop their talents, learn vocational and technical skills, and embrace innovation as a pathway to success.

The donations by Dr. Mortoti has been widely welcomed by members of the associations, who described the gesture as a demonstration of his unwavering dedication to education, youth empowerment, and the advancement of the Volta region
