President Akufo-Addo doesn’t think about development of Ghana – NDC Communicator

Boakye Joseph Agyemang
Boakye Joseph Agyemang popularly known as Abusua, a former SRC General Secretary of Bia Lamplighter College of Education and a member of the Techiman North NDC Communication Bureau has stated that, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo doesn’t care about the development of Ghana and Ghanaians.
According to him, delayance by President Akufo-Addo in appointing District Chief Executives and various Municipal Chief Executives has shown clearly, the development of Ghana isn’t his priority.
He again added, the President’s attention is on the NPP rather than the country he is leading.
“We were gladly informed by our colleagues in the NPP after the 2020 general elections that, their victory was a collective one. Meaning, all Regional Ministers and Deputies, DCE’s and MCE’s played their roles very well and perfectly fine for their victory. Come to think of this, why can’t the president just appoint these same DCE’s and MCE’s to continue their jobs?”
“Each and everyday, we see and read press releases from the youth in the NPP calling for the appointment of new MCEs and DCEs rather than the former ones. Then, counter press release also comes from some youth group in the same party calling for the re-appointment of the former DCEs.” He added.
“In this state of confusion, the president, H.E Nana Addo Danqua Akuffo Addo is totally confused waiting for the party to settle on particular persons for the appointments. The situation is stifling local economic development in the various MMDAs across the Country. It is very clear H.E Nana Addo thinks about the development of the NPP than our country Ghana.” Boakye Joseph Agyemang (Abusua) has elaborated.
