Rebecca Foundation donates hospital beds to Korle -Bu, Ridge and 37 Military Hospitals

The first lady of the Republic of Ghana Her Excellency Rebecca Akufo-Addo’s Foundation has supported three major commercial hospitals in Ghana with relief materials.

The Rebecca Foundation has donated hospital beds to the Korle – Bu Teaching Hospital, Ridge and the 37 Military Hospitals to help increase the capacity of these facilities to manage intake of COVID-19 patients.

According to the First Lady, the Foundation is still committed to supporting health facilities across the country, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Madam Rebecca Akufo-Addo during the presentation in a short ceremony commended health workers for their hardwork, while entreating the public to adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols.

The representatives of the Korle – Bu Teaching Hospital, Ridge and the 37 Military Hospitals have expressed their appreciation for this kind gesture and pledged their facilities’ commitment to ensuring Ghana defeats the pandemic.
