St. James Seminary SHS student, Daniel Asenso-Gyambiri has won the 3rd Prize at the 2023 WAEC International Excellence Awards.
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) declared candidate, Daniel Asenso-Gyambibi (Index No. 0060106242) as the winner of the 3RD PRIZE for the INTERNATIONAL EXCELLENCE AWARDS for the WASSCE for School Candidates, 2023.
His colleague, Leonard Kofi M. Amo-Kodieh won the 1ST PRIZE
The International Excellence Awards are presented to the three (3) Overall Best candidates from the member countries that subscribe to the WASSCE, namely The Gambia, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria and Sierra Leone.
The awards will be presented to the candidates at the Opening Ceremony of the 72nd Annual Council Meeting to be held in Freetown, Sierra Leone on Tuesday, 19th March, 2024.
“The Council will make all the necessary travel arrangements in connection with the awardee’s trip to Freetown. The awardee is however required to possess a Ghanaian passport.
“Meanwhile, the Council requires information about the candidate and would be grateful if you would complete the attached form and return same not later than Monday, February 5, 2024,” WAEC.
