1. President Akufo-Addo cuts sod for construction of 12-storey 400-bed Maternity and Gynaecological Centre, anda
2-storey 101-bed Urology and Nephrology Centre at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.
2. Financial clearance given for the
recruitment 27,367 teaching and non-staff which will bring to a total of 93,724 employed in pre-tertiary sector since 2017.
3. 102,361 applicants benefit from
GH¢ I billion stimulus package.
4. West Africa’s biggest Greenhouse farm project comprising 75 installations
inaugurated in Dawhenya Similar projects in the process at Akomadan and Bawjiase.
5. Professional Teacher Allowance of GHC1,200 per year for professional teachers and GHC600 for non-professional
teachers instituted.

11. $86million approved for purchase of armoured vehicles for the Ghana Armed Forces to efficiently offer protection and
