UCC scholarship 2023/2024

The University of Cape Coast (UCC) has announced its 2023/2024 Student’s Financial Support Office (StuFSO) scholarship applications for regular students to apply.

The scholarship is for needy but brilliant regular students with the aim of providing equal educational opportunities and a sound environment free from financial tensions and emotions to all brilliant/promising but needy students of the University.

The Financial Support at the University is in the form of a full scholarship, partial scholarship, provision of accommodation, fee arrangements and, on-campus work-study or part-time job opportunities for students.

UCC Scholarship eligibility criteria

Who qualifies/eligible for the UCC 2023/2024 scholarship?

The office indicated to be eligible for consideration for the Centralized Scholarship/Bursary Scheme administered by StuFSO, the applicant must satisfy the following stated conditions:

He/she MUST be:

a Ghanaian by birth.
enrolled as a student of the University of Cape Coast on full-time regular programmes
Must have completed at least one academic year of studies
Must have a CGPA of 2.5 or better ( current 1st year students can apply).
able to demonstrate financial need and must be ready to supply any documentary evidence for decision making.
Must not be a beneficiary of another scholarship scheme.
Must be brilliant as determined by the University.
Must complete an application form by providing the right information.

Steps to Apply

All interested applicants are to visit https://apply-stufso.ucc.edu.gh/ and proceed after reading the instructions there.
Create an account to sign up (new applicants) or sign in (students with existing accounts) using your institutional email.
Upload the necessary supporting documents and submit to complete the process.
Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to a selection interview.
