UCC SRC Life Insurance Policy

The University of Cape Coast Students Representative Council (UCC SRC) has introduced a Life Insurance Policy.

The insurance policy helps to secure a financial future and offers comprehensive coverage that provides financial security and peace of mind.

Life Insurance is essential for life. “Life is full of uncertainties, and safeguarding the well-being of your loved ones is a priority. In an ever-changing environment, having a reliable life insurance policy becomes essential to protect what matters most,” UCC SRC added to the announcement.

What does the UCC SRC Life Insurance Policy cover?

Below are the four (4) insurance cover under the UCC SRC Life Insurance Policy

1. Death of Student/Sponsoring Guardian

The policy offers insurance coverage for accidental or natural death of a named student or sponsoring guardian, ensuring full benefit payment in the event.

2. Permanent Disability Benefit Sponsoring Guardian

This offers permanent total disability cover for sponsoring guardians, covering both natural and accidental causes of disability, ensuring full benefit payments in case of permanent disability.

3. Maintenance Allowance for Student

The policy offers a monthly maintenance allowance of GH¢2,000.00 for the student upon the death or total permanent disability of the named sponsoring guardian.

4. Disability Assurance Cover
