UCC Valedictorian Joseph Asare Merblin reveals his CGPA from L100 to L400
University of Cape Coast Valedictorian Joseph Asare popularly known as Merblin has revealed his CGPA from L100 to L400 as he graduated with first class and the overall best student of the College of Agriculture and Natural Sciences (CANS).
Mr. Joseph Asare Merblin started with a CGPA of 3.8421 and graduated with 3.9364.

Joseph Asare Merblin attended and completed Junior High School (JHS) with an aggregate of 31.
He proceeded to SHS, Nsaba Presbyterian Senior High School in Agona Nsaba.
Due to the aggregate he had in BECE, he was determined and focused on progress in his Junior High School result.
He completed Senior High School with an aggregate of 11.

Mr. Joseph Asare attended the University of Cape Coast (UCC) and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Business.

Mr. Asare commenced his journey with a great start in terms of CGPA. He progressed from all the levels right to Level 400.
- At Level 100, he started with First-Class honors – CGPA of 3.8421.
- Level 200 he moved up. He had a CGPA of 3.8618.
- At Level 300, he progressed again to get a CGPA of 3.9146.
- Level 400 he graduated with a CGPA of 3.9364.

Mr. Asare held various positions in the Mathematics Students Association of Ghana (MASAG-UCC).
- He served as the Financial Secretary in the 2021/2022 academic year (i.e. Level 300).
