UCC Youngsters FC secures qualification for 2024/2025 Access Bank Division One League

The University of Cape Coast’s Youngsters Football Club, UCC Youngsters FC has secured qualification for the 2024/2025 Access Bank Division One League.
The Disciplinary Committee of the Central Regional Football Association has awarded UCC Youngsters FC three (3) points and three (3) goals in respect of their Division Two Middle League Final game against Upper Denkyira West-based Betenase FC at the Cape Coast Stadium Stadium on Monday, 27 May, 2024.
The Committee slapped Gh¢ 5,000 fine on Betenase FC, which were also asked to pay GH¢ 2500 to UCC Youngsters FC.

The decision comes following the pitch invasion by aggrieved fans of Betenase FC who questioned the interpretation of the rules of the game by the referee, who was physically assaulted.
The unfortunate incident brought the otherwise competitive match to an abrupt end.
