University for Development Studies (UDS) 2023/2024 Admissions Form

The University for Development Studies (UDS) has announced the release of admissions forms for the 2023/2024 academic year. The forms are available for both Ghanaian and International students who wish to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields.

Below are the details for the application procedure for both Ghanaian and International students:

Application procedure – Ghanaian Students 

1. Visit any branch of NIB, ADB, GCB Bank, Stanbic Bank, Prudential Bank, Zenith Bank, and Ecobank and purchase UDS Admission Application e-Voucher.
2. For applicants seeking Degree (BA, BSc, BEd, Medicine, PharmD, and MLSD) and Diploma admission, the e-Voucher category is Undergraduate.
3. For applicants seeking Postgraduate (PGD, MA, MSc, MEd, MPhil, and PhD) admission, the e-Voucher category is Postgraduate.
4. A valid e-Voucher must contain a Serial Number and a Pin. You can validate your e-Voucher by clicking
5. If you have no user account yet, obtain one by clicking the Sign-Up button.
6. In creating the account, you will first select your Application Category (Undergraduate or Postgraduate).
7. A valid phone number is also required for notifications during admissions.
8. It is mandatory for all applicants to upload passport-size photographs with only a white background. Failure to do so will invalidate your application.
9. Fill all required fields and click on the Create Account button. You will receive an SMS containing your username and password.
10. Once successful, proceed to login with the Username and Password created.
11. You can always login to track the progress of your application.

Application procedure – International Students 

1. Request for international student’s voucher by clicking.
2. If you have no user account yet, obtain one by clicking the Sign-Up button.
3. In creating the account, you will first select your Application Category (Undergraduate or Postgraduate).
4. A valid phone number is also required for notifications during admissions.
5. It is mandatory for all applicants to upload passport-size photographs with only a white background. Failure to do so will invalidate your application.
6. Fill all required fields and click on the Create Account button. You will receive an SMS containing your username and password.
7. Once successful, proceed to login with the Username and Password created.
8. You can always login to track the progress of your application.
