UTV invasion may be orchestrated by NDC – NPP Dep. Comm. Director Hajia Rabi Salifu

According to the Deputy Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Madam Hajia Rabi Salifu, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) may have orchestrated the NPP-associated individuals’ invasion of the UTV studio.

She explained that, “this possibility is very great because you can never underestimate the NDC, it could be our own opposition trying to get faces to stage this, you might never know, this is a possibility I will explore. Given how desperate they are (NDC), they’re not far from doing that”

On Saturday night, unfortunate incident happened in the studios of UTV, where a group of young men alleged to be NPP supporters interrupted the United Showbiz program.

As Ghana Police Service continue with its investigation into the matter following some arrest made so far, NPP’s Deputy Communications Director Hajia Rabi Salifu said, the station invasion may be orchestrated by their opponent NDC.

She strongly believes that, due to the desperation for power, you cannot underestimate the opposition NDC for what they do.
