Video: Kojo Oppong Nkrumah Refers to John Jinapor as ‘Papa no’ in Parliament

Over the past week, the term Papa no has been trending due to the feud between Tracey Boakye and Mzbel.

As many Ghanaians are on the look out for the identity of the specific man who is being referred to as ‘Papa no’, a member of Parliament and a top government official have just referred to a colleague member of Parliament as ‘Papa no’.

Speaking on the floor of Parliament, the Minister for Information and the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Ofoase Ayirebi Constituency Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has referred to Hon. John Jinapor as ‘Papa no’.


Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah on the floor of Parliament said;

Mr. Speaker, I want to encourage our friends on the other side, I want to encourage my good friend who just spoke [John Jinapor] in my hometown, we say ‘Papa no’, I want to encourage ‘Papa no’ to take sometime and follow the structure of this transaction
