Primetime has announced schools that qualified for the 2022 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) finals.
The list released includes some top finalist schools that qualified from the Semi-finals stage of the competition.
The three best performing schools that have booked a place at the 2022 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) finals are;
1. Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (PRESEC), Legon
2. Prempeh College
3. Adisadel College
The PRESEC – LEGON makes its FOUR successive final appearances from 2019 to 2022 ( 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022) equalling Adisadal College’s record for “most consecutive final appearances” from 2015 to 2018.
During the Semi-finals, Prempeh College won the contest with 49 points against Presby Senior High School, Abetifi with 43 points while Mfantsipim School had 41 points.
On the other hand, Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (PRESEC LEGON) booked a place at the finals by winning the Semi-finals with 51 points against St. James Seminary Senior High School having 35 points and Kumasi High School had 08 points.
Adisadel College also won the Semi-finals stage contest with a total of 45 points as against Opoku Ware School with 33pts and St. Augustine’s College with 22 points.
Presby Senior High School – Abetifi,
Mfantsipim School, St. James Seminary Senior High School, Kumasi High School, Opoku Ware School and St. Augustine’s College falls flat once again as Prempeh College, PRESEC LEGON and Adisadal College qualified for this year’s finals of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ).
