Youth Employment Agency opens application for school support programme -Apply
The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) in collaboration with Ghana Education Service (GES) has opened its portal to receive applications from applicants who want to be recruited, trained and deployed as School Guards, Kitchen Assistants or Community Education Teaching Assistants (CETA) in basic and secondary schools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Persons within the ages of 18-35.
- Minimum qualification of Senior High School education.
- Applicants of Teaching Assistants must hold at least a Diploma from an accredited institution in Ghana.
Conditions of Application
- Successful applicants will be engaged as beneficiaries of YEA.
- Beneficiaries would be on two (2) years contract of engagement.
- Selected Kitchen Guards will be deployed to secondary schools with boarding facilities.

Application Deadline
The announced deadline for the application process is 5th August, 2024.
Cost of Application
The YEA application is open to all qualified persons at no cost. YEA does not sell application forms for entry.
