List of all the 16 Regions in Ghana and their Capitals Cities; There are sixteen (16) administrative regions in Ghana. The creation of these regions and their respective capitals in Ghana has finally resolved numerous petitions which dates as far back as 1954.

This historic event took place on Tuesday, February 12th, 2019, during the presidency of President Nana Akufo-Addo.
