The National Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress, Hon. Joshua Hamidu Akamba has described the controversial Agyapa Mineral Royalties deal as a Rape of the public purse.

According to the National Democratic Congress’s national Organizer, the Agyapa Mineral Royalties deal that the current Government under the leadership President Nana Akufo Addo is undertaking is an insult to Ghanaians and anyone who invests in the deal do so at their own peril.

In a Facebook post, Joshua Hamidu Akamba wrote;

This is scandalous, thievery, a rape of the public purse and an insult to Ghanaians. The level of state capture by this unfortunate family is very nauseating to say the least.
You invest in this scandalous deal at your own peril.
