Ras Mubarak Questions Credibility of Early NDC 2028 Flagbearer Polls

Former Kumbungu Constituency MP, Ras Mubarak, has expressed skepticism over early polls concerning the National Democratic Congress (NDC) 2028 flagbearer race.

Referring to a poll conducted by Mussa Dankwah, Ras Mubarak suggested that the findings “do not reflect the facts on the ground.” He drew parallels to the Ayawaso East by-election, where he said behind-the-scenes insights contradicted poll results. “During that election, Baba Jamal was advised to focus on his message rather than the numbers, and events proved that advice correct,” he noted.

Ras Mubarak further emphasized that any poll excluding prominent figures such as the Chief of Staff, Hon. Julius Debrah, from the leading positions “should be taken with a very big pinch of salt.”

He concluded by expressing confidence that the current poll predictions would, like previous ones, be proven wrong.
