A Ghanaian actress and model, Andrea Owusu, popularly known as Efia Odo says President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is thinking about his personal life more than that of Ghanaians.
In a statement intercepted by Coverghana.com.gh, Efia Odo said, the setting President’s luxurious lifestyle is more important to him than helping Ghanaians.
Efia Odo is amazed how President Akufo-Addo can afford to spend heavily on expensive private jets travels but cannot create a functioning system that will eradicate floods in the country.
She made the statement after President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo complained about the attitude of some Ghanaians causing the flood and said, there aren’t any available funds to create a functioning system that will eradicate floods, especially the mess being created by some Ghanaians leading to the continued flooding.
Over the past weeks, some parts of Accra in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana experienced uncontrolable floods. Residents lost their belongings and properties to the floods.
Vehicles along some stretch of Accra got drown leading to series of damages.
Reacting to that, Efia Odo said “Imagine a whole President of Ghana saying that there aren’t any available funds to create a functioning system that will eradicate floods, but he has funds to shower in private jets. I guess his luxurious lifestyle is more important than helping Ghanaians”
