Andre Dede Ayew wins first Qatari League title with Al Sadd

The Ghana Black Stars captain, Andre Dede Ayew has won his first ever Qatari League title with Al Sadd few days after the 2021 African Cup of Nations heartbreaks.
The player scored two goals for Al Sadd as they beat Al Ahli 8 -2 to seal the Qatari league title with 3 games more.

Andre Dede Ayew was introduced where he scored his goals in the 62nd and 94th (90+4) minutes to make the score line 6:2 and 8:2 for his club respectively in their 8:2 away win over Al-Ahli Doha in the Qatar Stars League round 19 as Al Sadd outclassed their opponents in the crucial game.

He was in a superb and scintillating form as he climbed off the bench to play 45 minutes, got a yellow card and also scored a brace for his club Al Sadd.

Al Sadd’s win took them 12 points clear of their Al-Duhail, an unassailable lead. Andre Dede Ayew now has twelve (12) goals in sisteen (16) appearances.
It is Andre Dede Ayew’s first league title and his second trophy with Al Sadd with whom he won the Qatar Cup after he joined them last summer.

The trophy is also Al Sadd’s 16th league title and they will be presented with the shield on Friday.
