Archbishop Agyinasare issues warning to Nogokpo: Says cursing him is a grave error

Archbishop Charles Agyinasare has once again addressed the ongoing dispute between himself and the Nogokpo township in a recent sermon, which has quickly gained widespread attention.

In a powerful message delivered during his sermon, the founder of Perez Chapel International issued a strong warning to those who dare to curse men of God, emphasizing that they will not be spared by God Himself.

This sermon has sparked fresh discussions online and shed light on the increasing prominence of the feud in recent weeks.

Recalling his previous remarks made during a church program in May, where he referred to Nogokpo as the “demonic headquarters” of the Volta Region, the Archbishop’s words caused controversy and evoked a strong reaction from the council of elders in Nogokpo.

In response, the council requested that the Archbishop appear before them to address the specific comments he made about their community. However, he did not comply with their two-week ultimatum.

Archbishop Agyinasare expressed his surprise at the extent to which discussions about him dominated social media platforms, considering the numerous pressing issues Ghana faces. He exclaimed, “Can you imagine in Ghana, for three weeks, all the problems we have, they were discussing Archbishop Agyinasare. For three weeks, anytime you went on social media, it’s Archbishop Agyinasare, Archbishop Agyinasare, Archbishop Agyinasare.”

Drawing from the biblical story of Abraham, the Archbishop quoted, “The blessing of Abraham, I will make your name great so that you can be a blessing… and I will bless anybody that blesses you, and curse anyone that curses you. So once I become a Christian, you make a mistake if you curse me.”
