Ask John Mahama what he used his 8 years at the presidency for? Akufo-Addo tells Ghanaians
H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is calling on Ghanaians to ask former President John Dramani Mahama what he used his power for while in office as president of the Republic of Ghana.
According to President Nana Akufo-Addo, the Leader and Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress John Dramani Mahama spent more than four years at the presidency because he was the Vice President to the late Professor John Evans Atta Mills between 2009 and 2012 but did absolutely nothing to lessen the burden of Ghanaians.

President Akufo-Addo is therefore challenging Ghanaians to ask themselves what Mahama used his power for while he was in government. He again said, Ghanaians should ask John Dramani Mahama what is his track record as president that is making him to seek for a second term.
“It’s not as though Mahama hasn’t been president before, he has. He did more than four years because he was even a vice president. What did he do? What’s his record that is making him seek a second term?” He said.
The Leader of the governing New Patriotic Party H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo added that, this is the first time in the history of Ghana where an incumbent president and an immediate past president is contesting for an election.
