GES’s CSSPS VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION PORTAL
Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has released the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) Verification and Confirmation Portal for 2021 BECE candidates.
According to the Ghana Education Service, bulk SMS will be sent tomorrow, Wednesday, 16th February, 2022 to all parents/guardians/ on the school choices made by the 2021 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates.
GES has instructed candidates to check to ensure the selected schools, courses, residential status, gender etc are all correct. If what you filled at school is not what has been captured in GES system, notify them for corrections through your Junior High School head.

GES explained that, this process is part of the initial preparations towards 2022 Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS).
As part of measures to ensure a smooth Placement this year, the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) Secretariat has made available the choices of schools selected by the 2021 BECE Candidates through bulk SMS, USSD messaging and online for verification and confirmation.
Parents, candidates and teachers are to be informed, that a bulk SMS of the schools selected will be sent to the contact numbers provided by candidates during the school selection.

Candidates are to check and immediately notify their various Heads of schools of any error found for corrections to be made.

Management wishes to indicate that apart from the bulk messages that would be sent to all contacts. parents and candidates can also dial 899*88# and follow the instructions to verify choices made via USSD.

DURATION OF THE CSSPS VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION FOR 2021 BECE CANDIDATES
The verification and confirmation commences tomorrow Wednesday, 16th February and ends on Tuesday 22nd February, 2022.
Candidates should note that this is not a new process of school selection and therefore schools cannot be changed except there is an error that needs to be rectified.
Parents, guardians, candidates and the general public are to take note and act accordingly.

Pls the cssps portal to verify our schools we selected differ from the actual schools selected on our selection form – They have misarranged the schools and change some schools in it.pls inform them to do something about it.
